About the training
La formation de Constructeur/se de Voies Ferrées (Gleisbauer/in) est une profession essentielle au cœur de l'infrastructure de transport. Elle se concentre sur la construction, la maintenance et la modernisation des réseaux ferroviaires, garantissant la sécurité et la fluidité des transports de personnes et de marchandises.
Ce métier est un pilier du génie civil souterrain, spécifiquement appliqué aux fondations et à la structure des voies ferrées. Il s'agit d'une formation duale (duale Ausbildung), comme la plupart des métiers qualifiés en Allemagne, et non d'un cursus universitaire d'ingénieur. Cette formation, d’une durée de 3 à 3,5 ans, suit le modèle dual allemand, alternant cours théoriques et travail pratique sur chantier. Elle est rémunérée dès la première année.
À l’issue du parcours, les diplômés peuvent intégrer des entreprises du BTP ferroviaire, des projets d’infrastructures souterraines ou des sociétés de transport ferroviaire, avec de solides perspectives d’emploi dans un secteur hautement technique et en constante évolution.
