About the training

La formation en mécanique d'outils, souvent appelée formation de mécanicien-outilleur ou ajusteur-outilleur, est une spécialisation essentielle dans l'industrie manufacturière. Elle vise à former des artisans et techniciens hautement qualifiés dans la conception, la fabrication, l'ajustement, l'entretien et la réparation d'outils de production et de pièces de précision. Ces outils sont cruciaux pour des processus comme l'estampage, l'injection plastique, la découpe ou le matriçage. La durée de cette formation est typiquement de 3 ans et demi. Un avantage significatif est que cette formation est rémunérée dès la première année, offrant aux apprenants un salaire progressif tout au long de leur parcours.
