What this site does not do

Campus Allemagne | Autriche has no candidate area, no user account and no sign-in feature. The site does not collect or store any application file, administrative document or follow-up data. Candidate steps (profile, documents, applications, appointments) are handled exclusively by AZUFA, which applies its own privacy policy.

Data we collect

This site only collects personal data in two cases, both of which are voluntary:

• Partnership form : organisation name, country, sector, official website, contact's first and last name, role, professional email and phone, type of partnership sought, description of the need, and a supporting document (proof of activity or certification).
• Contact form : request category, contact details and message.

None of these forms asks for sensitive or administrative data.

Why we collect it

This data is used solely to qualify a partnership request or a contact request, and to allow the KAGEDEV Cameroun team to respond. It is never used for commercial prospecting without separate consent.

How long we keep it

Partnership applications and contact requests that do not lead to any follow-up are kept for as long as needed to process them, then archived or deleted in line with applicable legal obligations. An active partnership leads to retention for the duration of the relationship, in line with the GDPR's data-minimisation principle.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact cameroun@kagedev.org.

Data sharing

A validated partnership application may be shared with the relevant operational teams (Campus Germany, Campus Austria or AZUFA) only to the extent necessary to implement the partnership. Your data is never sold to third parties.
